A well designed bash plate provides full under-engine coverage and is designed to provide maximum protection and high-quality fit and finish. All components are protected against corrosion by surface treatment.

Material

Made with Mild Steel 1.5 mm thickness 

Hot Rolled (HR) sheets are used for strength & high durability to withstand impact during abrasion.

CNC Laser cut to give the precision finish look.

Oil drain space has been provided. Hence no need to remove the Engine guard while draining the Engine Oil.

MIG Welding technology is used for connecting the crucial parts for great strength.

Grit blasting technology was used before the Powder coating process for a uniform finish.

Powder coated to give the best finished look.
